Shipping Policy
Australia-Wide Delivery
Kane Machinery delivers across Australia from our warehouse in Villawood, Sydney NSW 2163. Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment, subject to stock availability.
Freight Charges
Freight is not included in our product prices. Your freight charge is calculated automatically at checkout based on the product and your delivery postcode, and is shown before you pay. All prices, including freight, are in Australian dollars and include GST.
For orders with two or more machines, freight is charged per machine at the applicable single-machine rate for your delivery postcode. The individual charges are added together automatically at checkout, including multiple units of the same model.
Every freight charge includes tailgate delivery. Our machines are heavy, so they travel with a specialist freight carrier and are lowered from the truck to ground level at your delivery address. Please make sure the truck can safely access the address and that someone is available to receive the delivery.
Remote Locations
Our freight rates are set by postcode. For some remote or hard-to-reach locations, the carrier's actual freight cost may be higher than the amount shown at checkout. If additional freight is required, we will contact you after you place your order and before dispatch. You can then choose to pay the difference or cancel your order for a full refund.
A small number of postcodes cannot be selected at checkout. If delivery is not offered for your postcode, please email us with the product and postcode and we will provide a freight quote.
Sydney Pickup
Free pickup is available from our warehouse in Villawood, Sydney NSW 2163. Select Pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready and send collection details. Please do not attend the warehouse until you receive this confirmation.
Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are dispatched after payment has been received and the product is available for shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier schedules, destination, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide tracking or freight details after dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode, contact name and phone number. The carrier may call you to arrange delivery.
Additional freight charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, redelivery or an address change after dispatch may be charged to the customer where reasonable.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect the shipment for visible damage when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or videos of the packaging and product so we can assess the issue.
